Relay is a done-for-you marketing service for local businesses: landing pages with built-in testing, paid ad management, an AI assistant that calls leads back and books appointments, and plain reporting.
We run your next batch of leads through the system free of charge so you can judge the work. You keep any booked appointments whether or not you continue.
Before a paid engagement starts, we count your booked jobs from the previous 90 days together and record that number. If Relay has not beaten it by day 90 of the engagement, you stop paying and we keep working at no fee until we do. If we still have not beaten it after 30 further days, we refund the service fees you paid us. Two conditions keep the guarantee live: (1) your agreed advertising budget remains active and is paid by you directly to the ad platform (ad spend is never paid to Relay and is not refundable by Relay), and (2) you attend or promptly reschedule the appointments the system books. If either lapses, the guarantee pauses until resumed.
Service fees: the speed-to-lead callback layer from $500 USD per month; the full marketing engine (ad management, landing-page testing, conversion tuning, and the callback layer) $1,500 USD per month, all in. Fees are agreed in writing before any charge. Your ad budget is separate and paid directly to the advertising platform.
