Relay
Privacy Policy
Last updated: 6 July 2026
Relay ("we") operates getrelay.agency. This policy explains what we collect and why, in plain English.
What we collect when you submit our form
- Name, business name, phone number, and optionally email. We use these to do exactly what the form says: call you back (using an AI voice assistant), send you a text message about your request, and email your calendar invite.
- Calls placed by our AI assistant may be recorded for quality and to prepare your walkthrough. Our assistant identifies itself as an AI when asked.
What we collect automatically
- First-party analytics: pages viewed, scroll depth, time on page, device type, browser, screen size, language, referrer, ad campaign parameters (UTM, click IDs), and approximate location (country/region/city derived from your IP by our hosting provider; we do not store your IP address).
- We use localStorage/sessionStorage identifiers to remember your visit and which page version you saw. Our active advertising tag is Google Ads conversion measurement (tag AW-18305753187), loaded only after you accept cookies. When you submit the form we may pass a hashed, irreversible version of your email and phone number to Google to measure ad conversions ("Enhanced Conversions") — Google receives the hash, not your raw details. If our Meta advertising pixel is ever activated, Meta may also set cookies subject to Meta's privacy policy.
Processors we use
- Vercel (hosting), Supabase (database, EU region), Bland AI (AI voice calls and SMS), Google (Google Ads conversion measurement, plus email and calendar invites), and Meta (advertising measurement — only if the pixel is activated).
Retention and your rights
- We keep lead and call records only as long as needed to provide the service and meet legal obligations, then delete them.
- You can request access, correction, or deletion of your data at any time: email nikita.datsichin@googlemail.com. EU/EEA residents have the rights set out in the GDPR, including the right to complain to a supervisory authority.
- To stop text messages, reply STOP. To stop calls, tell the assistant or email us.
