# Relay — machine-readable overview

**One line:** ad creative for ecommerce brands, built only from the brand's own
photography and their own customers' reviews.

## Positioning

The person a brand most wants making its ads generally does not want to make them.
Strong creatives build their own products; the ones available to take a brief are the
ones the brand replaces a few weeks later. Agencies hire from that same pool, add a
management layer, and bill for both. Relay is structured to remove that dependency:
the raw material is the client's, and the output is a repeatable batch rather than a
person's availability.

## What the site is for

`getrelay.agency` exists to do three things, in order:

1. **Prove the work is real.** The largest element on the page is a wall of finished
creative, each piece traceable to a named brand's own material. Density is the
argument; a portfolio of six pieces argues the opposite.
2. **Remove ambiguity about the offer.** Deliverable, format, turnaround and
commitment are stated as a specification rather than as marketing prose.
3. **Convert to a single 15-minute conversation.** There is one action on the page.

## Deliverable specification

| Item | Value |
|---|---|
| Formats | 1080x1350 feed, 1080x1080 square |
| First batch | 72 hours from material landing |
| Revisions | Unlimited within the cycle |
| Source material | The client's own, always |
| File ownership | Client, outright, layered sources on request |
| Ad management | Not offered — no media markup |
| Commitment | Pause or stop any cycle |

## Method

- Photography comes from the client's shoot or camera roll. Nothing licensed, nothing generated.
- Review copy is quoted as published, never paraphrased into a claim the customer did not make.
- Typeface and colours are sampled from the client's own site so creative sits beside what they already run.

## Timeline after signup

1. Sign-up by email; confirmation carries the meeting link
2. Fifteen-minute call to agree angles
3. First batch at 72 hours
4. Around day 7 an ad set typically exits Meta's learning phase — this is driven by
roughly 50 optimisation events inside a 7-day window, not by elapsed time
5. Second batch at about day 14, informed by what held attention
6. Around day 30 a full cycle of data exists on the client's own product and buyers

## Honesty constraints

Relay publishes no performance figures it cannot substantiate, and does not display
creative for brands that declined an engagement or whose imagery requires consent it
does not hold.
